Ruilu Cui, formerly known as Ruilu Cui, is skilled at painting works of birds and flowers by means of vigorous freehand brushwork. He is now a member of Chinese Artists Association and Dean of Jingbei Painting Academy , and served as the vice President of Chinese calligraphy art research institute, academician of central academy of calligraphy and painting, Director of Beijing flower and bird painting research institute, honorary president of Shandong Qiluchun calligraphy and painting service, guest professor of China and Japan youth exchange center, guest professor of Department of Architecture And Art Of Hunan University Of Science And Technology. At the age of 15, he took Yimin Cai as the teacher and learned the calligraphy of Zhishan Zhu and Duo Wang. At the age of 16, he took Kuchan Li as the teacher, who is the master of contemporary freehand writing, and had learned as a disciple for 24 years. The work style of Mr. Zhang is simple, honest, open-minded and elegant, with artistic conception and distinctive personality. His works have carried out bold and successful exploration in composition, shape and coloring, which are famous for the unique style in contemporary art.
