The movie starts assuming that if the time comes when legal marriage between humans and objects are permitted, there will be a school where you can learn about the marriage rights and rules between humans and objects. Chantal, Verginie and Antoine each receive their diploma and return to their homes where their spouse awaits. Each practices what they have learned - ways to devote to one’s spouse. The three seem happy but oddly (somewhat) uncomfortable problems starts to occur.
