This film tells the story of the life of Mr. Dai Xibin, a deaf-mute artist. Mr. Dai is an ordinary farmer in the Shuiniantou village in Baoding, China. He created a painting of Xitangguandao for Baoding, restoring the fertile landscape in the history of Baoding. It aims to, by showing his ordinary and extraordinary life, reveal his liberal heart and love for life and hometown.
