纸的出现为中华文化的传承有重要贡献，为了籍册能善存，逾千百载不朽，古籍修复师应运而生，到如今他们依旧是古籍保护与修复的一线人员。“中华古籍保护计划”启动，十年来培育了逾百位专业人才。在荆楚宝地的湖北省图书馆与六朝古都的南京金陵科技学院之间，将揭示古籍修复这富有传统韵味且神秘色彩行业的魅力与现状。

In order to preserve books and keep them immortal for thousand of years, the ancient book restorer emerges. They are still the frontline worker for ancient books protection and restoration. Since the initiation of "China Ancient Books Protection Plan", over 100 professionals have been trained over the past decade.From the Hubei Provincial Library in Hubei to Jinling Institute of Technology in Nanjing, the capital of the Six Dynasties, the charm and status quo of the traditional and mysterious industry of ancient book restoration will be revealed.
