The Doors of Life is a nostalgia film about collective. In a small town in South China, people live along the river side. Mr.Xiao, a worker, walks into a river of memory. After seeing the passed glory and sudden death of his old friends, he suddenly realises that there is nothing he can do but watching his life elapsing.
