Ping Lu, being transferred to the Beijing Painting Academy in 1985, is the first country-level artist of the Beijing Painting Academy, a member of China Artists Association, director of the Institute of China painting, managing director of Chinese Zhongshan Culture Exchange Association, Central Committee member of the Tenth and Eleventh Sessions of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, the Standing Committee of the CPPCC of Beijing, president of Beijing Zhongshan Calligraphy Club, committee member of Painting and Calligraphy Academy of Chinese Research Institute of Culture and History, director of Sanpower association of Women’s federation of Beijing. More than 100 of his works have been selected for exhibitions at home and abroad, and exhibited in Japan, Britain, USA, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
