After the period of the Arab Spring, a young man suffering from appendicitis pain enters a hospital. Emad wakes up after the surgery to find his leg lost, and find himself alone before he wakes up from his nightmare. Suddenly, a terrorist walks into the room and decides to get rid of Emad.
