2013年，27岁的万朝辉第一次前往凉山彝族自治州支教，教一名13岁女孩系鞋带39次，女孩学会了系鞋带，便拿两个土豆的午饭作为感谢。万朝辉萌生了一定要送山区孩子走出大山的想法；如今他支教8年时间，亲眼见证到教育扶贫政策给山区孩子带来的翻天覆地的改变。
In 2013, 27-year-old Wan Zhaohui first went to Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, where he taught a 13-year-old girl how to tie her shoelaces 39 times. When the girl learned how to tie her shoelaces, she gave him a thank-you gift, a lunch of two potatoes; since then,Wan Zhaohui was determined to help children go out from the mountains;. Now he has volunteered to teach children here for 8 years and has witnessed the drastic changes that the policy of education and poverty alleviation has brought to the children in the mountains.
