今年恰逢改革开放40周年，广西壮族自治区成立60周年，通过讲述罗城共产党人韦一平烈士、公安干警吴希岸和银书积村支书，带领罗城各族人民进行革命、建设和改革的故事，展现革命先烈的初心使命，弘扬党的优良传统和作风。
