The movie is about a boy named Samet and his growing up story. His family was killed by the terrorists. His grandparents took care of him after his family were killed. The movie tries to show the uncompleted stories of the ones who left behind. Billions of children were left orphans and they keep growing up despite everything. Samet is one of those children. Samet is still growing, no matter what happens, and he tries to be an independent person, free from his grandparents. That is why, there happens to be distance between the grandfather and the grandson. The movie tries to show this distance between them and it also tries to show the lives of the survivors. It actually tries to show the lost saplings with the daily life footage.
