The story is based on the setbacks Shang Hong meets in the city, and her reactions to the temptation of money. In the first part the story, a series of things happen to Shang Hong are narrated in a flashback. All these things are caused by the loneliness and reality of the city. The three stories in this film represent Shang Hong's three choices for one thing in the parallel space. When she finds her real self, his boyfriend's staying away makes her understand everything.
