故事讲述一家开腌面小吃店的欧阳家；母亲一直生病在医院化疗，阿伟老早辍学在店里给父亲帮忙，阿伟有个弟弟刚刚结束高考。一晚，阿伟在帮父亲去拿面料的时候，遇到警察追捕嫌疑犯，意外的捡到了包类似海洛因或K粉的白粉；这使阿伟动气了歪念。店里，阿伟的弟弟良辰来了一帮同学在为结束的考试小聚，两兄弟无奈的谋合下，预将毒品销给同学；在矛盾的内心抉择下，阿伟的弟弟欧阳辰想借用真心话大冒险教唆大家尝试毒品....... 结局采用了双结局收尾，彰显了影片的主题一念之差。
