Inspired by a real news event , this film sheds light on the interests and dilemma of officials at the basic level.. A village kid fell into a well and got stuck. This incident caught the attention of a journalist named Li Feifan. After the rescue efforts began, with a journalist intuition, Li felt this issue was not as simple as it appeared.
