An artist paints a line on canvas, the line turns into a living ball. The artist changes into a little girl who runs after the escaping ball. Based on my oil paintings, the stop motion animation follows the ball across the city meeting trouble making excavators. At the end the girl turns into the artist again. The story can start again. Composer Juha T. Koskinen: the music is made of some clear repeating and transforming themes. The music is illustrateing the visual storytelling of the animation. It discussing and making comments. The sound athmosphere grows more excited until the climax by an giant excavator with a friendly protective gesture.
