My two halves is an experimental documentary about maternity and its complexity, told through the author’s and her daughters’ experience. Four scenes, four colours, four different faces of a unique subject; from the initial idealization, to pieces of life captured by one of her daughters, passing through the sometimes overlooked hardness and loneliness it brings, to end up with the feeling of happiness for being a part of a whole.
